1. Offers subject to change and terminate at any time.
2. "Ships on time" refers to the day it leaves our U.S. or overseas facilities, after production. For example, if you choose the 4-5 day production time, your wristbands will be package and shipped in 4-5 days. If you choose 1 day production your wristband will be shipped within 1 business day of your order placed before 2:30pm on a business day.
3. This offer is valid for orders of any quantity.
4. This promotion is valid for all of our custom wristbands, but molded, screen-printed, color-filled, key chains, rings and other custom features must be ordered by phone.
5. You must fill out the above form with valid information and your official 5 digit order number.
6. If a color or size you have chosen becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to void the guarantee if an alternative color or size cannot be determined to produce your order on time. In the event your color is out of stock, we will contact you via telephone and email immediately so you have this opportunity. Currently all colors on the site are in stock.
7. Your credit card must match your billing address and you must have a physical shipping address, no P.O. boxes accepted.
8. This form must be sent no later than 2:30 PM CST on the day of your order or the guarantee starts on the following business day.
9. In the event of a natural disaster, carrier strike or power outage, we cannot be held accountable for the delay of shipping.
10. You must send us a picture or youtube video of you and your wristbands for us to share with others if we are not on time. It is that simple.

This guarantee is only valid if your order meets all conditions listed above. Please do not confuse shipping time with production time as shipping times are determined by the carrier, FedEx or United States Postal Service.
